About the project

The people, the popular things that unites us and shapes us, also shapes this typography, inspired by markets and architecture, futurism and football. Popolare unites all this in a linear interweaving of forms that bring us a little closer to the simple things of everyday life.

Inspired by the popular culture of the first half of the 20th century, markets, customs, tastes and scents helped create this colorful typography.

Popolare is a collaborative typeface based on the lettering of Martín Laksman and produced by Ale Paul.

When you license Popolare you will download pack with:

Popolare Color SVG TTF font (to use colorfonts Photoshop CC 2017 /2018, Illustrator CC 2018 or QuarkXpress 2018 is required) If you create outlines in illustrator you can also modify the colors!

Popolare BW OTF font (works as any font but is black & white.)

Web files are only Black and white until browsers support color fonts.
